What does OEM cartridge mean?
OEM means "Original Equipment Manufacturer." OEM's such as Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark are the companies that produce your inkjet printer as well as cartridges that are used in them. Our website helps you find the best deals on both OEM name brand and non OEM name brand products. Because many of the products do not carry the OEM name, you can find them at a lesser cost.

What does compatible cartridge mean?
Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Good deals on what kind of cartridges can I find from your website?
You can find good prices for OEM cartridges and HUGE savings on compatible and remanufactured cartridges. You can even reuse you own cartridge by sending it for professional refill service (unfortunately not all cartridges can be refilled) or you can even buy refill kits and refill it yourself.

Will using compatible cartridges, remanufactured cartridges, refilling service or refill kits void my warranty?
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cannot void your equipment warranty for using Non-OEM cartridges. You are not required by any machine manufacturers warranty to use only its brand. In fact, there are laws preventing manufacturers from doing just that - Magnuson-Moss warranty Improvement Act.

MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY IMPROVEMENT ACT

United States Code Annotated
Title 15 Commerce and Trade
Chapter 50 Consumer Product Warranties
15 Section 2302

No warrantor of a consumer product may condition his written or implied warranty of such product on the consumer's using, in connection with such product, any article or service (other than article or service provided without charge under the terms of the warranty) which is identified by brand, trade or corporate name; except that the prohibition of this subsection be waived by the commission if:
1.The warrantor satisfies the Commission that the warranted product will function properly only if the article or service so identified is used in connection with the warranted product, and
2.the Commission finds that such a waiver is in the public interest.
